Fixed Membership Periods
Atlantic Aerodrome memberships operate on fixed calendar periods. If you apply part-way through a period, the full applicable fee for that period applies.

The 6-month fee is 65% of the annual fee. The 3-month fee is 65% of the 6-month fee. A one-time sign-up fee of R500 applies, which includes the initial membership card and biometric profile. Lost or replacement cards: R500.

Important Membership Information
Airside Access
Membership does not automatically grant airside access. Airside access remains subject to a genuine operational requirement, successful completion of any required induction, security approval, identity verification, applicable aviation and safety requirements, and compliance with the Aerodrome Rules.
Hangar / Aircraft Access
Membership does not give automatic access to aircraft or hangars. Access is based on tenancy, aircraft ownership or authority, operator role, and appropriate approval and induction. Membership alone does not confer a right to a hangar or aircraft.
Fuel Pricing
Member Fuel Price and VIP Fuel Price are published by Atlantic Aerodrome from time to time. Fuel remains subject to availability, operating hours and applicable operational and payment conditions. Membership does not guarantee fuel availability or any fixed discount.
VIP Parking
VIP Parking means eligibility to use designated parking bays, subject to availability. It does not guarantee the availability of a parking bay or grant an exclusive right to any particular bay.
Corporate Member Substitutions
Corporate Membership is allocated to named individuals. Corporate 3 may substitute a named member up to 3 times during a 12-month Membership Period. Corporate 5 may substitute up to 5 times. Substitutions are subject to Atlantic Aerodrome approval and an administration fee of R500 for creation of the new biometric profile and access credential.
Landing & Runway-Lighting Rates
Aviator, VIP and Corporate members receive a discounted member landing rate and discounted runway-lighting rate. Final rates are to be published. Shared runway and helipad lighting uses planned 30-minute bookings, subject to approval, verified serviceability and confirmed arrangements. Membership or a booking does not guarantee lighting. Arrange services through the duty FBO Manager; the portal will be available when operational. See the pilot information page for expiry, extension and acknowledged-hold requirements.
Airside Transfer Service
Airside transfer services remain subject to staffing, safety and operational availability. Priority service is provided to VIP and Corporate members where operationally possible.
Early-Bird Event Ticket Access
Early-bird access provides an earlier opportunity to purchase eligible tickets and does not guarantee ticket availability. Social and Aviator members receive 24-hour early access; VIP and Corporate members receive 48-hour early access before public sales.
Benefit Conditions
- Food & beverage discounts: exclude promotions, events and selected third-party items.
- First-floor member lounge: subject to capacity, opening hours and house rules.
- Guest accommodation discounts: subject to availability and excluded dates.
- Event discounts: apply to eligible Atlantic Aerodrome events and exclude catering, third-party costs and third-party events.
- Concierge assistance: third-party costs remain payable.
- Aviation talks / safety evenings / fly-ins: some premium events may carry an additional charge.
